A former U.S Army officer, I spent most of my professional career in higher education–first as a faculty member, and later as a communications administrator. After I retired, I served as an adjunct professor of journalism for 10 years. I am a co-author of several college level communications textbooks.
My monthly newsletter Curmudgeonry Light comprises random thoughts on the passing scene that emerge from my fevered consciousness.
